Had a culinary breakthrough yesterday with my first pizza creation attempt. Always “made” frozen pizzas but never ventured into dough territory. So I’m pretty pumped about this. Kept it simple with this margherita version, but rest assured the crust will be getting thinner and the topping possibilities - endless.
The journey to weapons-grade pizza has begun.
